The auxiliary provides support to the fire company through multiple means, starting with fire scene nourishment and refreshments; through numerous events during the year including training programs and classes, fund raisers, and good old friendship. Auxiliary fund raisers including catered meals and public meals help fund Fire Company major purchases. The Millheim Fire Police along with the Auxiliary of the Millheim Fire Company and Millheim Fireman's Club greatly enhance all aspects of the Millheim Fire Company.
